Hiroshima Prefecture has a warm climate even in winter with little precipitation throughout the year. Hiroshima is home to two UNESCO World Heritage Sites, Aki no Miyajima and the Atomic Bomb Dome, and has many historical buildings that attract many tourists. It is also famous for its gourmet food such as okonomiyaki and oysters.
