Poem Series

Known as one of the best confections in the Setouchi area, the “Poem” was created in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture in 1956, and has been a popular confectionary for many years. The cookie dough with the aroma of butter and vanilla is filled with soft yellowish red bean paste, giving it the atmosphere of a Japanese confectionary made from Western ingredients. It is a standard confectionery in Ehime Prefecture, with many flavor variations and seasonal specials.
