Nagasaki
Nagasaki Prefecture was the only prefecture in the Edo period that was allowed to trade with foreign countries, and as a result, there are many historical buildings that offer glimpses of foreign cultures, such as Glover Garden and the Oura and Urakami Tenshudo buildings built by the Christians. Gunkanjima, registered as a World Heritage Site, and Huis Ten Bosch, a large-scale resort facility, are also located here. Kujuku Islands, with its beautiful natural scenery of small islands, are also famous.
