“Norimame” made by Fujita Cherry Bean Sohonten locates in Shimabara City, Nagasaki Prefectyure, is their another line-up among the Lucky Cherry Bean series. They launched “Lucky Cherry Bean” first, which is made by deep-frying fava beans and flavored with ginger, and “Uni-mame” and “Curry-mame” come next. They are also delicious.
The package design looks firmly reminiscent of nori, seaweed, and I recognize many nori package has an image of purpule color.
Deep-fried and crispy textured fava beans are sprinkled with a generous amount of aosanori seaweed and it has softly fragrant with the scent of the sea.
Each grain is firmly covered with seaweed, and the coloring clearly looks used fresh aosa nori.
This nori flavor is delicious as well as the Shio-mame.
