Norimame

Fava bean x seaweed is also delicious!

“Norimame” is one of the famous Lucky Cherry Bean series , made by Fujita Cherry Bean Sohonten in Shimabara City, Nagasaki Prefecture. Starting with “Lucky Cherry Bean”, which is made by deep-frying fava beans and flavored with ginger, “Uni-mame” and “Curry-mame” are also delicious.

The austere package design is firmly reminiscent of seaweed, and somehow it reminds us many seaweed cans has a purple undertone.

A generous amount of aosanori seaweed is sprinkled on the deep-fried and crispy textured fava beans and softly fragrant with the scent of the sea.

Each grain is firmly covered with seaweed, and the coloring clearly shows that fresh aosa nori was used.

This seaweed flavor is as delicious as the simple Shio-mame .
