“Gouter de Roi Fromage” made by Gateau Festa Harada, originated in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, is one of their Goutte des Rois series with plenty of cheese kneaded into it.
Fromage means cheese in French and it refers a milky white fresh cheese, called Fromage Blanc, in the most of cases.
Fragrant fromage cheese kneaded firmly into the Gouter de Roi dough.
The fresh cheese aroma and slight sweetness go well with the rusk dough. It has an elegant taste and differ from general cheese crackers.
