Baby Poem Caramel Pudding

A sweet bun “Poem” flavored with caramel pudding and red bean paste that fits well

A caramel pudding flavor made by “Poem” was released.  This is one of versions among Baby Poem series and it is a sweet bun which is a standard sourenir confectionery in Ehime Prefecture. The Baby Poem is generally filled with yolk bean paste and the caramel pudding flavor is quite a bold and unique concept.

A classic pudding a la mode is printed on the package, looking a nice retro atmosphere.

The appearance and size are the same as those of Baby Poem. The many holes pressed into the top are for even and beautiful browning and for creating a firm and fluffy texture.

A caramel pudding flavored red bean paste is filled in.  A vanilla flavor in the dough and the caramel pudding arpoma go well together.

It tastes like a Western-style confectionery, but also has the texture of a moist sweet bun, giving it an original flavor. The caramel pudding flavor goes well with the Baby Poem dough. It is so perfect and wishing it became a regular confection.
