Inochi Choco Banana

Two-layer cream structure for chocolate banana flavor

This choco banana is one of flavors among the popular series of “Inochi”, which is custard bun made by Ragueneau in Aomori Prefecture.

The “Inochi Series” already becomes a standard of custard bun, and it was started with the apple flavor that is synonymous of the confctioner and expanded to variety flavors.

Fluffy textured sponge cake dough with cocoa kneaded into it, very delicious looking.

There are 2 layers of chocolate cream and banana cream in the bun. It is an elaborate structure and seems to be very representative of Ragueneau to achieve such double flavor in this way.

A chocolate banana-flavored sponge cake bun is an ironclad concept to begin with, so there is no reason why it couldn’t be delicious, and since it is made by Ragueneau, it is excellent quality, so it is definitely delicious. This is only seasonally available though, I wish this would become a regular lineup.
