Kururi to Kanazawa

A sweet bun, a miniature bean-jam bread like, made by a long-established Japanese confectionery
Murakami Seika in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, is an extremely long-established confectioner founded in 1911 (Meiji 44). While they have been making traditional Japanese sweets for over 100 years, they also take a modern approach, likewise the other confectioners there. They have produced unique, stylish-looking confections such as the “Wari-Gohri” sweets.
The “Kururi to Kanazawa” is a manju, a sweet bun, made to look like a small bean-jam filled sweet bread.
