Hakuryu-Doradora
Dorayaki dough has a unique and unprecedented texture
Japanese notation "幸せご縁まる(紋蔵庵)"
“Monzouan” located in Saitama Prefecture, is a very long-established confectionery established in 1840. They have been making sweets that are associated with the local area of Saitama for a long time. This time, I bought a madeleine called “Shiawase-Goenmaru” that word roughly means ”Happy marriage”.
These madeleines come in paper cups and are quite hearty.
The texture of the dough is thick and crispy like this. The outside is baked to a golden brown and looks delicious.
It was a luxurious madeleine with plenty of butter and a dough that was deliciously dense.
