Unique shaped apple pie, that is very like Fleur Kikuya

“Apple Pie (Ringo Pie)” is made by Fleur Kikuya in Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture.   I have an impression that they make unique confections such as “Oshu Potato” and “Sandaisugi“. And all of them are delicious, so I personally need to check out.

Seeing the package appearance only, it looks like a standard apple pie made from apples grown in Iwate Prefecture, but….

That is a uniquely shaped apple pie, that is like Fleur Kikuya as expected.  Baked apples are centralized in the middle of the round baked pie crust.

Looking at the cross section, plent of cut apples is filled in the pie.

The apples are baked just enough leaving crispy texture, and the light sweetness and cinnamon flavor are just right
