Misen Senbei

Taiwan Ramen flavor rice cracker, very hot more than expectation.

“Misen Senbei” is a rice cracker sold by the famous Taiwan Ramen shop Misen across the country in Japan. The rice cracker is made with Taiwan Ramen flavor.

Taiwan Ramen shop Misen has been loved in Nagoya city since their establishment in 1960. They are one of representitibve speciality in Nagoya.  They have recently increased their branch shops in Tokyo and Osaka.

The rice cracker looks spicy color. It is thin and the backed rice cracker contained lots of burnt spring onion.

It is made from quite simple ingredients.  We are aware of their representitive Taiwan Ramen served with spice chilly red soup so lots of chilly seems to be kneaded into the rice cracker.

It is very hot and spicy more than I expected. Their Ramen shop genearlly gives us choices which spicy level from 1 through 5 we can order for our Ramen and I wonder which level the rice cracker is. It is nice to taste such traditional Taiwan Ramen flavor on the rice cracker and you might be overwhelmed with such unexpected spicy taste.
