Marusei Biscuit
Japanese notation "マルセイビスケット"
Rokkatei’s “Marusei Biscuit” is a biscuit from the “Marusei series” that boasts overwhelming popularity, led by “Marusei Butter Sand“.
The pink package has an impressive design of a band of Marsei butter. It is a retro design but has a luxurious feel.
On the surface of the cookie is written Banseisha’s mark. The “Banseisha” was a group of people who had a desire to pioneer Hokkaido, led by Benzo Yoda, known as the “Father of Tokachi Pioneering,” and is known for pioneering the present-day city of Obihiro in Tokachi.
The baked cookies are crispy and hard, but the inside has a soft texture.
Rich in butter flavor, these small cookies were extremely rich. The cookies made with plenty of Marsei butter were still delicious to perfection.
