Rokkatei’s Potato Pie

Unique sweet potato pie with flat oval shape

Rokkatei’s “Potato Pie” is a slightly unusual shaped pie made by stretching sweet potato paste flat.

A long, thin pie crust is baked around it. It seems to be thinly finished so that the baked surface is larger.

The thickness is 6~7 mm, and the cross section shows golden sweet potatoes laid out.

Moist sweet potato baked to a golden brown and flavorful deliciousness. I was convinced that the design allows you to taste many of these golden brown baked parts.
