The “Shichiri-no-watashi” introduced here is one of such famous sweets of Owari. The name “Shichiri-no-watashi” refers to the ferry crossing that connects the current Atsuta Ward of Nagoya City to Kuwana City in Mie Prefecture on the sea route known as the Fifty-three Stages of the Tokaido.

The high-quality soybean flour enhances the taste of the dumpling. The dumpling has a simple taste, but the high quality of each ingredient makes it a very high quality dumpling.
