The inside is sponge cake, and the cream between the sponge cake and chocolate is also thoroughly lemon cake, with a hint of lemon.
Lemon chocolate with lemon cream is sweet and sour and goes well with the sponge cake inside. It was delicious when eaten chilled, which enhanced the sweet and sour taste of the lemon.
