“Kabocha senbei (pumpkin rice cracker)” made by the long-established and famous Nanbu senbei store “Iwateya” is a rice cracker with pumpkin seeds mixed into the dough of the rice cracker.

The dough of the cracker is like a pumpkin cookie, a hard cookie with a really slightly sweet, pumpkin flavor. The “pumpkin seeds” were even better than I expected! They were like a firm, rich nutty taste.
