Baked Tiramisu Hoshizora Roman

A Bite size cake with authentic tiramisu flavor
“Baked Tiramisu Hoshizora Roman” is made by Sawagiku in Kuji City, Iwate Prefecture. Sawagiku is a long-established confectioner known for producing “Busu-no Kobu” sweets, and has four stores in the city and other areas, and is a well-established local confectioner.
The name of the confectionery, “Hoshizora Roman, meaning starry sky romance was chosen because the town of Hirono-cho, where one of the stores is located, has few streetlights and is pitch black at night. The town is well known with the best view of the starry sky in Japan.
It is covered with paper cup and carefully baked.
The top is baked to a golden brown, and the cake batter is moist.
It has a strong flavor of mascarpone cheese and quite authentic tiramisu taste more than I expected. This is quite delicious. It is a bite-size cake, so it would have been nice if it were bigger size. It is a rich, satisfying, authentic tiramisu-flavored cake.
