Inochi Shine Muscat
Japanese notation "いのち シャインマスカット "
Shine Muscat flavor is one of “Inochi”, a popular series of custard cakes and is made by Lagunoo in Aomori Prefecture. Ragnoo has an image of sweets mainly using apples, but this one seems to be available only during the summer season.
The Inochi series of round custard cakes has a variety of flavors, all of them are high quality, and it is fune to trying new flavors.
It contains a layer of white custard cream and Shine muscat jelly.
It is fresh and refreshingly sweet, giving it a summery feel. The custard cream also seems to have a smooth & light taste rather than a rich type to go well with the fruit jam. It is a seasonal product and it is also nice to have after chilled. Such fluffy and moist dough seems to go well with any kinds of jelly jam or whatelse.
