“Wagashi Craftsman’s Baked Donuts” made by a confectioner Matsuzuki in Aichi Prefecture is a donut.  Matsuzuki is a very long-established confectionery shop founded in 1855. They make not only traditional Japanese sweets, but also sponge cakes and bouquets.
