The crust is crispy, fluffy and light, and quite large Bouchée
Haskap berries are similar color to blueberries, but the shape is oval and have a more acidic than blueberries.
The cream balance between sweet and sour is perfect among the mild butter and sour haskap. It is delicious and goes well with the dough of the Bouchée. Morimoto is a confectionery using the most of Hokkaido’s specialty fruit, and they are indeed a master of perfection.
