Japanese notation "チーズミー"
“Cheese Me” made by Kamejirushi, a confectionery maker in Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture, is a cheese bun created in the company’s land with a long history of dairy farming.
Although it looks like a standard bun on the outside, the contents of this bun are quite unique.
The reason for this is that the cheese is contained directly in the bean paste. The cheese-flavored bean paste contains real natural cheese.
The salty, robust cheese goes well with the sweet bean paste and skin. As the name “Cheese me” suggests, you can taste the natural cheese itself inside the manju, which is a very bold cheese bun.
