“Gouter de Espoir” made by Gateaufesta Harada is a so-called ”leaf pie”. Starting with “Gouter” of the confectionary sounds like belonging to “Gouter des Rois” series, but it is not a rusk but a simple pie dough pastry.

Gatoh Festa Harada is well known for their rusks, and the quality of their baked goods is also high.

It costs around JPY 130 each and is quite reasonable to buy. It is quite well-made.
