“Yukikko” is a cute-sized ball-shaped rice cracker made by Maruyone Seika, a very long-established rice confectioner established in 1927 in Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture.
Paddy glutinous rice is used to make Yukikko. Toyama is one of famous rice-producing area.
There contains many of 2 types of Arare, rice crackers in a package. Each size is about 7 to 8mm diameter.
One of two flavors is a dark maru-soy sauce flavor and the other is a light soy sauce flavor with chopped nori, seaweed.
The rice crackers are made without using chemical seasonings, and it represents their dedication as a confectioner of long standing.
