”Nasu-Kōgen Milk Bread” by Kanda Satsukidō, made in Ashikaga City, Tochigi Prefecture, is a series of sweet breads that have an established reputation among the locals.
The long shelf life of this series of sweet breads is a whopping 50 days. It is amazing that bread can last for 50 days, isn’t it?
When opened, it is a chocolate marble pastry, a so-called brioche-shaped pastry.
It has a crispy texture and is made up of layers upon layers of dough. You can tell that a lot of chocolate has been mixed in.
It feels luxurious to have such an abundance of chocolate used. The taste, of course, was also outstanding with the presence of rich chocolate.
It is nice to know that bread can last 50 days. And this bread is usually delicious.
