High-qualified baumkuchen completed after made more than 100 prototypes

The Baumkuchen made by Jiichiro, who locates in Hamamatsu Cityhizuoka Prefecture, has gained nationwide recognition and became a popular souvenir. It may come as a surprise to learn that they originates in Shizuoka Prefecture.

Printed  a logo ,”Jiichiro”on the package and this is graceful logo gives the product a luxurious feel.

The tray is functioanlly designed in the package and it reminds me the same tray as the other confectionery, called  “Kiminomama” made by Yataro Group. I was surprised to learn that Jiichiro is also a Yataro Group brand.

However, the concept is a bit different from that of “Kiminomama” and it rather than emphasizing the egginess, it pursues a high quality baumkuchen.

The baumkuchen was finally completed after studied and made more than 100 prototypes, which is indeed a high level of perfection. The baumkuchen is moist and very high quality. It is a perfect for gift.
