Hana-no-Daichi Hirobiro
Japanese notation "花の大地ひろびろ"
This is a strawberry version of Rokkatei’s chocolate-coated pie “Hana-no-Daichi Hirobiro”. While the “Hatake-no-Daichi Hirobiro” was made with semi-sweet chocolate, this one is a chocolate pie made thoroughly with strawberries.
It has a full strawberry look to it. There is a pinkish chocolate coating on the outside of this, and a darker color as well.
Inside is a pie and a biscuit as the base, and even this cookie is thoroughly made into strawberry crunch chocolate. The sweet and sour taste of this chocolate is authentic and rich in strawberry flavor.
It has a crunchy texture and a very authentic strawberry flavor. I think it tastes even better when eaten chilled, as the crunchiness increases. I personally preferred the “Hana-no-Daichi” to the “Hatake-no-Daichi” because it has a more mature sweet and sour crunchy chocolate taste.
