Ofutaride (mocha)
Why are Rokkatei's mocha sweets so delicious?
Japanese notation "畑の大地ひろびろ"
Rokkatei’s “Hatake-no-Daichi Hirobiro” is a mini-sized pie coated in chocolate. This “Hirobiro” series was created to commemorate the opening of Rokkatei’s Sapporo main store in 2015.
Upon opening the package, a bite-sized pie coated in semi-sweet chocolate appears. The size is that of a cookie.
Cookie on the bottom, pie crust on the top, and chocolate coating on the outside.
The semi-sweet chocolate has a real flavor. The cookie also has a bitter taste and is very tasty with a crisp and balanced sweetness in a bittersweet taste. The texture is nice and crunchy. It is recommended to chill the biscuit in a refrigerator.
