Ginza-mochi (Salt)

銀座餅(しお)

Simple yet delicious. High quality salt rice cracker

I bought Tamura Rice Crackers’ “Ginza Mochi” series, this time the salt flavor. I like the standard Ginza Mochi, but I have been curious about the salt flavor for a while, so I was looking forward to it.

The rice cracker is thick and tough, but it is very light compared to its appearance. This lightness is probably the reason for its crispy texture. It is really very light among the many fried rice crackers.

銀座餅(しお)の厚さ

It is amazingly thick from the side, probably more than 1 cm thick. Ginza mochi is large in size, so it is very satisfying to eat.

The unique feature of the salt-flavored Ginza mochi is the use of “aosa (sea lettuce)” in the rice cracker dough, which gives it an aroma of the sea.

It is still crunchy, and the salt flavor is still delicious. The salt-flavored deep-fried rice crackers are made with the flavor of the sea, but if you think about it, there are surprisingly few salt-flavored deep-fried rice crackers, so we recommend this product.
