Ginza-mochi

Japanese notation "銀座餅"
I am personally quite familiar with the “Ginza-mochi” which is a luxury rice cracker that I sometimes receive from relatives on occasions such as celebrations. Of course, it is my favorite rice cracker.
Despite its size and thickness, I always eat it in no time. I always wonder how they can bake a rice cracker with a diameter of more than 10 cm to such a crispy texture. It is truly a craftsmanship.
The rice crackers are carefully baked using domestic Uruchi rice and are more than 1 cm thick, but they are also very flavorful and easy to eat.
The sweet and spicy secret sauce is rich and always delicious. Despite its size, I always eat it in a flash and often think that one piece is not enough.
