Fuji Chocolate Cake

"Mt.Fuji” a symbol of Japan, has a wide range of souvenir sweets.

“Fuji Chocolate Cake” is made by YM Company in Yamanashi Prefecture. There are many souvenirs featuring Mt. Fuji as an icon in both prefectures of Yamanashi and Shizuoka, and it is interesting to seeing that both prefectures have an ongoing debate about which side is the front of Mt. Fuji and I wonder mountain generally has either front or back. Mt.Fuji is so beautiful from any directions.

It is a simple chocolate sponge cake, and the size looks appropriate. It is a bite-size cake that we can eat with a little crunch even if you receive it at work.

The price is 1,080 yen for a box containing 28 pieces, which I think is a very good specification for the purposes of “souvenirs to be scattered around” at workplaces. By the way, the cheese flavor is also included in the same box, but I only received the chocolate flavor, so I uploaded it here. Thank you very much.
