“Goyō-tei Mini Cheese Cakes” made by Cheese Garden who locates in Nasushiobara, Tochigi Prefecture, continues to produce high quality cheese foodstuffs. This cheesecake, which is their signature product, is now available in a mini-sized version to commemorate its 30th anniversary.
The package looks classic and luxurious, printed “Kuraya” with their stamp . I have eaten their “Goyō-tei Cheese Cookies” before, and the texture of the package is similar.
While the regular size “Goyō-tei Mini Cheese Cakes” is approximately 16.5 cm in diameter, this mini-sized version is only 7 cm in diameter.
The beautifully browned surface and moist texture is the same as the regular size.
The richness is created by blending several types of cheese and is extremely satisfying. It is nice to have such an authentic cheesecake in an individual package. It is the perfect gift.
