Nanbu senbei crackers are broken into small pieces in a package, and the broken sections are colored with very dark soy sauce.

The sauce soaked into the rice crackers is made from soy sauce supplied by the Yagisawa Soy Sauce Shop in Rikuzentakata City, Iwate Prefecture.

It is soaked in rich soy sauce, has a strong flavor, and the sesame flavor is savory, making it perfect with beer. This rice cracker is surely pleased for beer lovers.
