Luxurious butter cream mixed with rich Amaou strawberries

“Press Butter Sand (Amaou Strawberry)”, made by BAKE Corporation is one of their lineup of “Press butter sand” filled with Amaou strawberry puree.

This is a freshly baked one at the Daimaru Tokyo store. The regular product comes in a red package as shown here, but the freshly baked one in the store is packaged in a white paper wrapper.

The outer cookie is baked applied with the “hanamiyaki” technique, a Japanese confectionery manufacturing method, and the strawberry sauce overflows from the inside.

The cookies are baked having hollow inside and buttercream and strawberry butter caramel are filled in there.

The crispy texture of the cookie, the rich deliciousness of the butter cream, and the sweet and sour strawberry sauce are delicious. What a luxurious butter sandwich!
