A big volume and satisfied Dora cake filled with red bean jam and rich butter.

“Butter iri Dorayaki”, made by Sumiya Confectionery in Yonezawa city, Yamagata Pref., is a dora cake, a pancake filled with bean jam. and sufficient volume of red bean jam is filled inside.

The package says Dorayaki only though, butter is sandwitched.

A sticker of cow is applied on the package and it might associate with “Yonezawa beef”, a famus brand of beef, or just cow due to the ingredient of the butter? Anyway it looks nice and high-grade sense.

It contains lots of red bean jam and it spill over the dora cake. That is why it is quite heavy.

Butter is also filled in.

The dough is fluffy and not much moist and the combination of the red bean jam and butter is so good. The butter tastes rich and the volume is really satisfied.
