It has a crispy, hard texture, kneaded pink grains into the cookie dough are so-called “Drenched cherries” or candied cherries. They are harvested in local and abundantly kneaded into the cookie dough.

It is surprising to know how well the flavor of cherries and cookies go together. The cookies have a rustic and reminiscent sweetness, like hard biscuits, but they are delicious with a strong flavor of both butter and wheat. They complement the flavor of drenched cherries in a nice way. It is a rustic taste with a nostalgic flavor.
