“Dotonbori no Koibito” made by Yabuya of Osaka City, is a confectionery concept that anyone would recognize as a parody of the “Giant of Hokkaido Souvenirs“.
Subtitled “A Miraculous Encounter of Fun”, it is a unique combination of Mitarashi-flavored chocolate and langdosha.
It looks like a typical langdosha cookie.
Inside is a brown cream “Mitarashi Chocolate” a concept unique to Osaka that is full of originality. It is a tricky idea to cross the flavor of Mitarashi dumplings with a langdosha cookie.
