Manten-no Goma Sable

I've never had a sable that contained so much sesame seeds!

I bought a “Manten-no Goma Sable” made by “Manten Corporation,” which runs a sesame specialty store in Saga Prefecture. Manten Co., Ltd. is a company that produces all kinds of sesame-based food products with the vision of “spreading the sesame food culture to the world”.

When I opened the package, I found three pieces each of black sesame and white sesame sable. The black sesame sable had a little bit of white sesame mixed in, and it looked more like a solidified sesame board than a sable.

The aroma of sesame and the sweet sable dough are a perfect match. And, as you can see at a glance, the amount of sesame seeds is amazing. The fragrant sesame aroma and crunchy texture are delicious.

Sesame is so nutritious that it is called “eating medicine,” and it certainly had a healthy taste that made my body happy.
