Ao-sen (Negi-Miso)
Japanese notation "青煎(ねぎみそ煎餅)"
“Ao-sen” made by “Confectionery Eitaro,” which was established in Akita City, Akita Prefecture in 1883. The background of the package is a “Namahage” (a Japanese monster with a glowing eye in the dark), which makes the package quite impressive.
The rice cracker coated with miso and covered with plenty of green onions. It already looks delicious.
The entire surface of the rice cracker seemed to be coated with a considerable amount of miso sauce. I picked it up with my fingers and removed it from the bag, but the stickiness of the miso paste was so strong that it stuck to my hand.
So many green onions are sprinkled and firmly stuck to the rice crackers.
The inside of the rice cracker is pure white, like 100% rice.
The rich, sweet miso sauce and large amount of green onions are extremely tasty. It is a rice cracker with such a robust flavor that it could be a meal replacement.
