Not many people nowadays have the image of dairy farming in Tokushima, but in the past, dairy farming was very active in the area. Il Rosa has carefully carried on the tradition of milk produced in Tokushima, and this “Mamma Rosa” is made with an emphasis on “milk” to symbolize such Tokushima dairy farming.

Milk manju, which looks like a gourd shape, is now available. The surface is very glossy and the aroma of milk fills the air.

The manju skin is very thin and pure white. It has a raw-like texture.

The milky flavor is incredible! It’s as rich and sweet as a milk-flavored confection, with a strong aroma of milk filling the air. I’ve never had a milk manju this rich before.
