Ran-miya Cheese Manju
Cheese manju with a hint of vanilla bean
Japanese notation "洋風チーズ饅頭(お菓子の浩屋)"
“Cheese Manju” have now become a representative souvenir of Miyazaki Prefecture, and are made by various confectioners in Miyazaki City, each with its own characteristics. Introduced here are Cheese Manju made by “Okashi-no-Hiroya” a community-based patisserie in Miyazaki City.
Cheese Manju made by a patisserie. It looks like a thick cookie.
When halved, a pure white cream cheese appeared. It is quite full of fresh cheese.
It is a western-style pastry made of refined cream cheese wrapped in luxurious cookie dough, and you can tell that it was made in a patisserie. It was my favorite among the various varieties of Miyazaki Cheese Manju so far.
