“Tounyu(mean:Soy milk) Yuki-dofu” made by Confectionery Store Kakuya in Nagahama City, Shiga Prefecture, is a sponge cake made with soy milk that looks as if it were in a tofu package.

豆乳雪とうふパッケージ

It has the appearance of high-end tofu, with a sponge cake inside, but it is so pure white that it is almost indistinguishable from the tofu itself.

The sponge cake is made of soybean milk, which gives it a color similar to that of tofu. The cream inside is made of white chocolate.
