The “Homare no Jindaiko” sold by “Okashiko no Koubai” in Kumamoto Prefecture has long been a popular confectionary as a representative of Kumamoto. When you open the gold box, you will see more gold wrapping paper. It has a very luxurious feel.

I carefully removed the foil and opened the package. What came out was a round, transparent azuki bean yokan-like pastry.
