Kura-nama (milk chocolate)

A new genre of "raw sable" from Hokkaido
This “Asahikawa Nama Sable” is a new type of confectionery called a “Nama Sable”. Although it is called a sable, it is not like a baked good, and the dough is moist like cake dough.
The name “kurasei” is also unique for a confectionery. It sounds like a method of brewing sake.
The middle of the raw sable is filled with raw chocolate. The flour for the sablet portion is made from 100% Hokkaido wheat.
Look at how soft it is. It is so soft and fluffy. It looks like a cookie and feels like a baked good, but it feels like a moist bread in your hand.
The texture is strange. It was like a new genre of “raw sablé.
