Momo-Saku

“Momo-Saku” made by FURLAGE in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture, is a moist textured sable made with peaches gorwn in Fukushima Prefecture. Fukushima Prefecture has the image of peaches as a specialty product.
While Yamanashi Prefecture ranks first in the nation in terms of peach outputs, Fukushima Prefecture ranks second place. Their outputs alone accounts for nearly 50% of the nation’s peach production. Such peaches grown in the basins in Fukushima, where temperatures vary widely are known for their sweetness and fragrance, and are known as high-quality peaches.
Peach-colored round sable, very soft and moist texture.
It contains semi-dried peach fruit and white chocolate cream.
The entire dough is moist and has the texture of a fruitcake, and the sable has a gentle sweetness with a firm peach aroma.
