“Ohisama Cheese” made by Okashi no Kikuchi, locates in Hitachinaka city, Ibaragi Pref. is a sweet bun containing fresh cream cheese.

Dairy farming is thriving in Hitachinaka city and the area has a good reputaion for making dairy products applying such fresh materials locally.  We have an image of production of cheese bun in such area as well as Miyasaki Pref.

The surface looks very smooth and beautiful, and fine texture.

It contains white cream cheese and is very fluffy texture.

The cream cheese tastes light sour flavor and soft touching texture and very refreshing flavor.  It is delicious and is on a level with that of line-ups made by confectioners in Miyasaki.
