Sweet bun with a novel taste of strawberry bean paste

“Harbor Ebina Ichigo” strawberry produced by Ariake headquartered in Yokohama, is a collaborated confection with “Milk Harbor,” a famous confectionery in Yokohama, and JA Sagami, using strawberries grown since Showa period in Ebina city, Kanagawa Prefecture.

A little girl named Sacchan is drawn on the package. Sacchan is an image character of JA Sagami.  Her favorite word is freshly harvested.

It looks like a standard sweet bun.

It contains brightly colored strawberry red bean paste inside.  The paste is made from white bean past kneaded with strawberry puree.

The white bean paste with a rich strawberry flavor is unlike anything I have ever tasted before. It is a collaborated sweet bun produced under a novel concept which is outstanding from the others.
