“Ezo Atsuyaki” is a rice craker made by Takeda Seika Co.,Ltd., founded in 1964 in Shinkotoni, Sapporo. The confectionary is made with flour and milk and includes lots of peanuts.
The package is printed with an illustration of two fishermen working on a salmon net, but no salmon is used as an ingredient for this confectionary..lol
It looks tough and hard-looking rice cracker from the package image, but it is surprisingly light in texture.
It is airy and crispy. the amount of peanuts is amazing!
It has a delicious flavor of flour, milk and margarine. It also has the feel of a rustic sweet sable, a delicious. It goes well with coffee. It is a delicious cracker that fully used of Hokkaido’s ingredients.
