“An-biscuit” made by Kyoraku Seianjo locates in Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto, is a baked sweet, wrapped pasted bean jam with sable dough.
The package design is modern and it seems to be very Kyoto culture.
The biscuit dough baked to a rectangular shape. It is a biscuit, but it has a moist texture.
Pasted sweet bean jam fully filled Inside.
It seems to contain orange peel in the pasted Ogura an, sweet bean jam. I have never tasted Ogura an with orange flavor before. The cookie dough is made with rich butter and it seems to be a new combination.
