The “Rakka-sei Pie (Peanut Pie)” made by “Holland House” in Mihama-ku, Chiba City, is a pie made with 100% peanuts grown in Chiba Prefecture and filled with a sweet bean paste of peanuts stewed in honey and wrapped in a pie crust.

Looking at the cross section, you can see a light brown bean paste packed tightly together. This is peanut bean paste. The texture of the bean remains delicious.
The savory and slightly sweet flavor of peanuts goes well with the pie crust made with plenty of butter. The aroma of the butter and peanuts gives the pie a luxurious flavor.
