Kanten Shingen-mochi
Japanese notation "寒天信玄餅"
Hokuto City in Yamanashi Prefecture, where “Kinseiken” has been in business for 120 years, is a place blessed with nature, mountains, rivers, water, and clean air. We will have “Kanten Shingen-mochi” made with the famous water produced in Hokuto City, which is blessed with such great nature.
A novel idea: Shingen-mochi (rice cake) made into bite-sized jelly. The individual packages are quite unique, depicting the cavalry of Takeda’s army.
Square shaped cute bite-sized agar agar in the color of molasses. It is covered with soybean flour.
It has a firm texture, but the taste is still sweet with Shingen-mochi. It is a jelly, so it is refreshing.
It is a new idea to taste Shingen mochi in this way. The bite-sized jelly covered with kinako (soybean flour) flavored with Kuromitsu was quite interesting.
